For both Hebrew and Greek (the two languages used in the original text of the Bible), each of their letters has a dual function: (1) to spell a word and (2) to be used for counting.
Thus any word in Hebrew or Greek automatically has a numerical value (termed "gematria") associated with it. Normally a word's numerical value is the sum of all numbers associated with the letters composing the word.

All numerical values of the words that are used in the Bible (both the original Hebrew of OT and Greek of NT) to describe satan can be divided by the number 13.
In other words, all satan's names (even phrases associated with them) contain the number 13 as a dividable element in their numerical values!
